we cover 50% of the shipping cost!
(for Romanian and Hungarian addresses)

In the case of addresses in Germany, Austria and Slovakia, we provide our dear clients with a 30% discount on the indicated shipping cost.

The discount is automatically deducted from the total amount!

How do the ordered products reach you and how can you pay?

Personal collection:
The purchased products can be picked up in person at Székelyudvarhely (Romania) at a pre-arranged time.

Romania:

  • The fee is 35 RON.

  • It will be delivered by DPD courier service to the address you provided.

  • You can pay when you receive the package, by bank transfer or card payment.

Hungary:

  • Fee 80 RON (6000 ft)

  • It will be delivered by a courier service to the address you provided.

  • You can pay when you receive the package, by bank transfer or card payment.

Austria :

  • His prize is 130 RON (approx. HUF 9,500 or 26 Euros)

  • It will be delivered by a courier service to the address you provided.

  • It is NOT possible to pay upon receiving the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Germany :

  • His prize is 140 RON (about HUF 10,000 or 28 Euros)

  • It will be delivered by a courier service to the address you provided.

  • It is NOT possible to pay upon receiving the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Slovakia :

  • His prize is 130 RON (or about 9500 ft 26 Euro)

  • It will be delivered by a courier service to the address you provided.

  • It is NOT possible to pay upon receiving the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Product returns are only possible for non-personalized products, such as:

Envelopes in case you bought them separately and they were not included in the price of the invitation.

Invitations and other products requested without text , in the event that these are returned as they were sent, any product that was not personalized can be returned.

We accept returned products within 14 days of the delivery of the package.
 In any case, the costs of the return must be reimbursed to the client.

In case of defective products:

If there are any problems with the ordered products, please let us know and we will find a solution together.
