Order information:

Invitation ordering works as follows:

If you have successfully selected the invitation, I need the invitation code, the quantity, and the invitation text.
Orders can be placed on the website, via Facebook message or by email at emeghivok@yahoo.com.
When the first piece is finished, I will send you photos of it, which you can check to make sure there are no mistakes or typos.
If everything is perfect, we will make the other invitations as well.
As soon as the invitations are ready, I will send them by post or courier to the address you requested.

How long does it take to receive the order?

To Romania:

When ordering invitations, the invitations will be made within 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering and the delivery time is 1-2 days.
In urgent cases, you can request faster production, so the invitations will arrive within two weeks, for a fee of 100 lei or about 8,000 forints.
If you order envelopes and/or wax seals only, you will receive the package within 3-7 business days from the date of order.

To Hungary:

When ordering invitations, the invitations will be made within 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering and the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
In urgent cases, you can request faster production, so the invitations will arrive within two weeks, for a fee of 100 lei or about 8,000 forints.
If you order envelopes and/or wax seals only, you will receive the package within 5-10 business days from the date of order.

Postage costs and payment options:

Romania:

The fee is 25 lei (for packages up to 10 kg)
It will be delivered by courier to the address you provided.
You can pay by cash on delivery (ramburs) upon receipt of the package, by bank transfer or by card payment.
When ordering glass bottles, shipping costs may be higher.

Hungary:

The fee is 3000 HUF or 40 lei (for packages up to 3 kilos).
It will be delivered by courier to the address you provided.
You can pay by cash on delivery upon receipt of the package, by bank transfer or by card payment.
When ordering glass bottles, shipping costs may be higher.

Slovakia :

The fee is 10 Euros, which is about 4000 HUF or 50 lei (for packages up to 5 kilos).
It will be delivered by courier to the address you provided.
It is NOT possible to pay upon receipt of the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Austria :

The fee is 15 Euros, which is about 6,000 HUF or 75 lei (for packages up to 5 kilos).
It will be delivered by courier to the address you provide.
It is NOT possible to pay upon receipt of the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Germany :

The fee is 15 Euros, which is about 6,000 HUF or 75 lei (for packages up to 5 kilos).
It will be delivered by courier to the address you provide.
It is NOT possible to pay upon receipt of the package, only by bank transfer or online card payment.

Other countries:

Please contact us if you would like to ship to another country and we will tell you the exact cost!

Minimum order

Minimum order of invitations is 30 per invitation type.
If fewer than 30 invitations are needed, a 50 Ron or 4000 HUF editing fee will be charged.

- For invitations, the minimum order is 30 pieces per type, but can be with two types of text.

- In the case of glass labels, the minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per type.

- In the case of menus, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per type.

- In the case of planting cards, the minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per type.

- In the case of table numbers, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per type.

- In the case of gift bags, the minimum order quantity is 24 pieces per type.

Modify invitations:

Most of the invitations found on the website are pre-made and the text is only printed on the invitations after the order has been placed, so the graphic parts, size, and design of the invitation (paper color, paper thickness) cannot be changed.
An exception is our invitations made based on a Custom Design , where we can make minor or major changes.

The text, text color, text placement, and fonts on the invitations are fully customizable.

The color of the ribbons can be changed upon request, this will incur an additional cost.

Price changes:

The price of invitations may change due to exchange rate changes, the HUF and EUR prices shown on the website are converted from the fixed price given in RON according to the daily exchange rate.

We would like to draw the attention of our dear clients that the prices displayed on our website in Forint or Euro are calculated at the daily exchange rate from Romanian Leu.

In the case of cash on delivery (Ramburs), the final price of the invitations is calculated using the exchange rate valid on the day the package is shipped and in each case we send our clients the exact amount.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the total amount will be calculated using the Forint or Euro exchange rate valid on the day of the transfer.

In case of card payment, payment is made in Romanian Leu.
